Resilient Pathways
Resilient Pathways
The idea behind Resilient Pathways is that all people have resilience, whether they recognize it or not, and the goal through therapy is to identify and find that resilience.
The pathway of resilience not only refers to the pathways taken in life, but also to our neural pathways. With engagement in therapy, education on the human condition, and skill building, new neural pathways can be created- thus leading to a pathway of resilience.
Why Therapy?
